Art Leasing Opportunity

An original work of art carries the mojo of its creator. The aesthetic of a piece may please you, but it’s often the energy of the work that moves you. When you bring an original work of art into your space it does more than beautify… it transforms.

If you’ve desired to bring original artwork into your home or office but have hesitated due to the scope of the investment, you’ll be pleased to know about a special opportunity.

For a limited time, I will be making my medium and large format paintings available to lease.

A lease gives you the opportunity to enjoy the energy and aesthetic of a piece for an extended period at a fraction of the painting’s value.

Leases are available for 1 year at 25% of the gallery price. At the end of your lease term, you return the work. You also have the option to purchase it and apply 50% of your lease payment against its full gallery price.

Here’s an example:
Let’s say you have been admiring “Two Peas in a Pod,” a 30” x 40” canvas marked at $700. You could hang “Two Peas” in your home or office for a full year for $175. At the end of the year, you’d return the work. Or -- if you’ve become very attached to the piece and simply can’t bear to part with it -- you may own the work permanently for just over $600 (plus sales tax).

Enhancing your space with original art doesn’t have to involve an intimidating investment.

Here’s a bonus for you business owners: your art lease may be tax deductible. (Check with your tax consultant, of course!) For healing arts professionals, an original work of art can have the added benefit of shifting the vibration in your healing space and augmenting the transformation you bring to your clients.

While I’m always willing to consider an offer to lease, this very particular opportunity will last only through October 31, 2010.

Let’s get you connected with that painting you’ve had your eye on since my show in May. Email me to set up a viewing.

Many, but not all, available works are viewable at http://ElkaVeraFineArt.com/
